Education matters
It seems as though I’ve been in school forever, and for the most part, that is true. Education has always and will always be my passion. From my roots in Las Vegas, Nevada, to Arizona State University, to the Anschutz Medical Campus, I’ve always enjoyed my time in school.
I am currently enrolled in a 300+ hour maxicourse through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. The intersection of technology and dentistry is what drew me to the profession and I look forward to learning more about the latest trends in digital and cosmetic dentistry as my career progresses.
Experience Matters, Too
When deciding on a dental school, I looked for the school that would shape me to be the best clinical dentist I could be. That’s why I chose the University of Colorado. Their clinical philosophy emphasizes longevity and all specialties are taught by board-certified specialists. In the last year of school, Advanced Clinical Training (ACTs) rotations provide students with private practice clinical setting experience, the opportunity to work with assistants, and the ability to increase efficiency while providing high-quality care.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was fortunate enough to have not one, but two sets of parents who raised me and fostered my love for school and community service. My dad was an architect and and engrained the principles of engineering in me from a young age. He also taught me how to build and craft everything from furniture to an entire house with my hands. My mom, on the other hand, is an accountant. She taught me to be analytical, the importance of fine detail, and the importance of civic engagement.
My girlfriend, Erin, is a nurse and keeps me on my toes when it comes to knowing the latest cardiac drugs. We spend much of our free time with our dog, Luna, either going for walks or hiking in the rockies.
